Connections (Gas & Electric) Ltd started business in Wicklow St in Dublin in 1987. We were one of the original 'Warm Home Centers' set up by Bord Gais. Originally a retailer of fireplaces, gas and electric fires we became agents in Ireland for

1. 'Multiglow Fires' complete range of gas fires
   
2. 'Creative Fires' complete range of electric fires.
   
3. We have a very close relationship with the suppliers of many other gas and electric fires( some of which we have on display) and so use our 20 years experience to ensure a best fit for our customers requirements.

We moved to current address in 1993, where we joined with Dun Laoghaire Fireplaces (www.dunlaoghairefireplaces.ie) in providing a complete fireplace and fire package for wholesale and retail customers. Dun Laoghaire Fireplaces provide the fireplaces and Connections (Gas & Electric) provide and fit the fires. We have extensive showrooms, with large range of standard and made to measure fireplaces and fires.

We have become suppliers to some of the most successful builders in Dublin over the last 15 years, e.g. Castle park Construction, Deane Homes,Mc Garrell Reilly, Gannon Homes, Mc Gill Construction, Mc Inerney Construction, Park Developments, Pierce Contractors, Sorahan Builders, Town Park Estates.

We provide a complete supply and fit service for gas fires. We include a survey, to ascertain best fit to the customer's requirements and we can provide solutions suitable for all conventional chimneys, flue systems and flue less fires. Our range of Multiglow fires can be made to measure in terms of style, size and type of fuel. For electric fires, we can advise our customers or their builders as to the most practical methods of installing the units.
